Free 20 minute in shop consultations are available by appointment. Just bring in some pictures, measurements, and a plat of survey to get started.  Site visits are also available for a fee.

LANDSCAPE CONTRACT WARRANTY

Hardy perennial & woody plants planted by Geimer Landscape Services, LLC. as part of a valid landscape contract are warranted for a period of 24 months.

In the event of a plant death or irrecoverable dieback, Geimer’s shall offer a one-time replacement with a plant(s) of equal/comparable value and character. Geimer’s reserves the right to choose replacements and substitute or make changes to the landscape in order to ensure more successful results.

Plants require ongoing care and continued maintenance by the homeowner, and are subject to many other variables beyond the control of the seller.

As such, Geimer Landscape Services, LLC. cannot be responsible for: Plants that have not received proper care; Damage resulting from neglect or improper practices by others; And damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, or accident, including storm and animal damage. Due to the high degree of maintenance and weather factors involved, seed and sod installations are not warranted as to their success.

Planting charges for a warranted replacement will be covered by Geimer’s. However, warranted replacements may incur additional delivery and material charges. Time/date of replacement will be determined by plant and crew availability, as well as seasonal considerations.
